About Us
 Cynthia T. Kennedy graduated from the
University of Colorado in 1976 with a Bachelor’s
Degree in Communications and Theatre, attended the
Marshal-Wythe School of Law, College of William and
Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, for two years before
transferring to obtain her J.D. from the University
of Colorado in 1981. She began her legal career as a
clerk to the Honorable Fred M. Winner, Chief Judge,
United States District Court for the District of
Colorado, followed by two years with Rothergerber,
Appel & Powers, in Denver, CO. Kennedy & Kennedy,
P.C. was created in 1991.
